BOOKING INFORMATION

1. No Shows and Cancellations

We understand that life happens, things come up, and you can't always make your scheduled appointment. However, last minute cancellations or no-shows do not allow us enough time to book that reserved space.
Please be advised that cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment will result in a $35 cancellation fee charged. 

2. Late Arrival

Due to needing the proper amount of time to provide service to all our customers, if you arrive 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be counted as a no-show or cancellation.

We require a non-refundable 50% service deposit to reserve an appointment. The deposit goes towards the cost of the appointment. 

In the event that you cannot make your appointment and notify us a minimum 24hrs before your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule one time. 

Any appointments booked/scheduled for 6 pm or later are considered "after hour appointments" and will require an additional fee at time of service.  Please contact for information on the current price.

Any appointments booked within 8 hours of appointment are considered "emergency appointments" and will require an additional fee at time of service. Please contact for information on the current price.
